Terms of Use
Last updated: 3 October 2026
These terms apply when you use affable.info, the Affable app, or join an Affable live launch at launch.affable.info. They’re an agreement between you and VERISYN TECHNOLOGIES LTD, trading as Affable. By using Affable you agree to them.
1. Your personal link and account
- Your launch sign-up email contains a personal link that signs you in. Keep it to yourself: anyone with it can use your seat.
- In the app, keep your password safe.
- You’re responsible for activity under your link or account.
2. Live launches
- Launches are free to attend unless we say otherwise.
- We may change the programme, speakers or timing, and we’ll tell you if the date changes.
- Launches are recorded and a replay may be published (see the Privacy Policy).
- Your camera and microphone are only used if you choose to join the stage.
- If a launch is very busy, some guests may watch with chat and reactions paused until space frees up.
3. How to behave
- Follow our Community Guidelines.
- Our hosts and moderators may hide messages, remove someone from the stage or chat, or close registration, to keep the event safe.
4. Books and content
- The books, recordings and other content on Affable belong to their authors and to Affable, and are protected by copyright.
- Buying an ebook gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read it in the Affable app. It doesn’t give you the right to copy, share or resell it.
- Free samples, such as the chapter 1 PDF, may be shared as they are.
- Don’t record or rebroadcast a live launch without our permission.
5. Buying and giving
Purchases and gifts are covered by our Terms of Sale and Refunds. In-app purchases are also covered by the App Store or Google Play terms.
6. Availability
We work hard to keep Affable running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors, especially on weak connections. If a live launch is interrupted, we’ll do our best to resume it or share the replay.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
8. Ending
You can stop using Affable and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access if these terms are seriously broken.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. If you live elsewhere, you keep the protections of your local consumer law.
