Delete your Affable account

You can delete your Affable account and its data at any time.

In the app

Open Affable and go to Profile → Settings → Account management → Delete account. Enter your current password and confirm.

By email

If you can’t use the app, or you only signed up for a live launch, email support@affable.info from the email address you used, with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll confirm within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What’s deleted

• your online account;
• your library and book-access entitlements;
• your launch sign-ups, chat messages and questions.

What we keep

• Payment and order records, for as long as tax law requires (up to 6 years).
• Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play stay in your Apple or Google account history. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel anything on their side.
• Journal entries, reading notes and saved excerpts kept on your device aren’t removed by deleting your online account. Delete the app to remove them.

Deleted books can’t be restored. If you create a new account later, earlier purchases won’t carry over.
