Terms of Sale and Refunds

1. Prices and payment

Prices are shown before you pay. During a live launch, nothing is priced or sold until the host opens sales.
On launch.affable.info, payments are taken by Paystack in Ghana cedis (GHS), by mobile money (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo) or card. Cards issued outside Ghana are charged in GHS, and your bank may convert the amount.
In the Affable app, purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play, under their terms and in their currency.
A payment only counts once our payment provider confirms it. If a payment fails, you aren’t charged.

An ebook is added to your Affable library under the email address you paid with. Sign in to the Affable app with that email to read it.
If you bought before you had an account, the book appears when you create one with the same email.
Ebooks are digital content supplied straight away, so they can’t be returned once delivered. If your ebook doesn’t arrive, or you were charged twice, contact us and we’ll fix it or refund you.
For purchases made in the app, refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Use “Restore purchases” in the app if a book is missing on a new device.

After paying, you give us your delivery details, or choose pickup where offered.
We’ll confirm the delivery time and any delivery fee before dispatch.
You can change your details until your copy ships.
If your copy arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within 14 days and we’ll replace it or refund you.
If we can’t deliver, we’ll refund you in full.

During a launch, the host may open a short pledging window for the first numbered copies.
Pledging is free, and nothing is charged while the window is open.
When it closes, the largest pledges win the copies. Equal pledges go to whoever pledged first.
Each winner has 15 minutes to pay their pledge. If they don’t, the copy passes to the next-largest pledge.
Winners may give a dedication name and may choose to appear as “Anonymous” on the board.
Paid pledges are treated as purchases of a printed copy and as a gift to the work, so they aren’t refundable except as set out in section 3.

A gift supports Affable’s writing ministry and helps us build more ways to share the message.
Gifts aren’t refundable, except for mistakes: a duplicate payment or a wrong amount reported to us within 14 days.
You can give anonymously. Your name then isn’t shown anywhere, and we keep your email only for your receipt and refunds.

We email a receipt for every successful payment.

Nothing here limits any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
